QR code menu generator: the QR code and the printed card
A QR menu has two parts: a page with your menu online, and a QR code that opens it. Paste the link to your menu (your website, a PDF you host, or your ordering page) and Menumoor makes the QR code free, as PNG or SVG, ready for a table tent or your printed menu.
- Free: a QR code (PNG or SVG) for any link you paste, with a caption
- Free: put the QR on your printed menu or an A5 table tent
- Pro: a phone-friendly HTML menu file you can host anywhere and point the QR at
- The QR encodes your link directly: no redirect, no expiry, no tracking
Open 4 QR & web, paste the link in Where your online menu lives, then QR as PNG or QR as SVG. Read the guide ↓
Tap V, VG, GF or 🌶 to tag an item. Add a 2nd price for sizes (small / large) and name the columns under "Section note and price labels".
PNG with a transparent background looks best. It stays in this browser.
Design
Nothing is uploaded: your menu is drawn and saved in this browser.
Static QR, honestly explained
Menumoor's QR code contains your link itself. It never expires and doesn't depend on us, but you can't change where it points after printing, and there is no scan count. If you need to change the destination later, point the QR at a page you control (your own site) and update that page instead.
Where the online menu can live
- A page on your own website (best: you can update it any time).
- The phone-friendly HTML menu Menumoor makes (Pro): one self-contained file with your sections, prices, address, phone and hours, to upload to your site or any static host.
- Your ordering or delivery page, if you already have one.
Printing the QR
Use the A5 table tent card size, or add the QR to your printed menu, with a caption like "Scan for today's menu". SVG stays sharp at any size for print shops; PNG is fine for home printing. Test-scan the printed QR with two phones before you put it out.
Honest limits
Menumoor doesn't host menus, take orders or count scans. Free: QR codes, one saved menu, three designs, files with a small Menumoor line. Pro ($6/month or $39/year): the phone-friendly HTML menu, all designs, no footer line.
